Bales and Bale Design
Design and size of the cow bale rest area along with the matting is one of the most critical features in any dairy wintering shed. Our bails are specially designed with cow comfort in mind. They provide plenty of room for the cow to enter the bales freely, lie down comfortably and rise up naturally.

If bales are poorly designed they will reduce the time a cow spends resting in the bale, increase cow damage and will affect production and shed efficiencies.
